Howdy's Lakeside Resort is located just over 100 miles(160 km) west of Williams Lake, B.C. on HWY 20 and 3 miles ( 5 KM) north on Puntzi Lake road. The road is paved all the way to the Puntzi Lake turnoff.

We are also accessible by Air:
Private aircrafts have access to Puntzi Mountains 6000' paved airstrip (52 07N 124 09W) located just 10 min from our Lodge. Float planes can fly right to our dock and Helicopters can land on a number of spots at the resort.

Commercial Airlines fly to Williams Lake and Shuttle service is available by pre-booking with us.

Lakeside Lodge

Not enjoying the weather? You are always welcome to enjoy the common room inside the main Lodge. Sit by one of the picture windows and enjoy the Lake front view, or challenge someone to a game of Pool or Fooseball. How about cards or playing a board game? Relax and sift through an assortment of books and magazines, and then curl up in an easy chair by the fireplace.

Full Meal Deal Bunkhouse (Motel Unit)

Our Motel Style Bed & Breakfast Facility is perfect for the weary traveler not wanting to cook for themselves, or those who need to find accomodation while working in the area. It consists of 6 Bedroom/Bathroom Units with interconnecting doors (which can be opened for larger gatherings). These units also have propane & electric heat to keep you warm on cooler nights. Please advise of Meal requirements when booking these rooms.

Campsites

Choose your spot at Howdy's. Wooded, Lakefront or out in the open, most of our sites provide power, water and sewer hook-ups. All of our sites come with picnic tables and fire pits. Our central wash house offers modern facilities including: hot showers, Laundromat and sani-dump station. Many sites are pull-thrughs and group camps can be arranged.

Cottages

Our Lakefront Cottages will surround you with all of the comforts of home. They have 2 Bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, power, propane heat and a modern bathroom with hot showers. Bedding and Towels are available at no extra charge. The screen covered Porches allow you to enjoy your evenings without worrying about the bugs. Listen to the haunting sounds of the loons, or watch the Kokanee jump. The sunsets at Puntzi lake are incredible.

Conveniences

Liam's General Store located within the main Lodge carries a small variety of supplies and grocery items, including fishing tackle, bait, and ice. Check out Ma Kettle's crafts for souvenirs and hand made gifts. Dock and Boat launch facilities as well as Boat and motor rentals are available. Why not try a belly boat or fish cat? Forgot your Rod? No problem, we can hook you up there too.
